Hosted by Kevin Hart, the BET Awards celebrated Black culture at the highest level, including a 25th anniversary tribute to 106 & Park and honors for icons such as Jamie Foxx, Mariah Carey, Snoop Dogg, and Kirk Franklin. This year’s creative reimagined the show as a black-tie cultural experience, elevating the brand’s visual language while honoring its legacy as a defining entertainment institution.

My work helped position the BET Awards as both timeless and forward-looking, reinforcing its role as a major cultural tentpole.
The identity focused on elegance, scale, and intention. It translated the energy of the show into a refined, black-tie visual system. The goal was to elevate the brand without losing its cultural authority. The result feels ceremonial, celebratory, and distinctly BET. Every touchpoint was designed to feel consistent, whether experienced on the street, on social, or inside the venue.
